Individual Counseling is perfect for individuals who want to connect with a therapist Face-to-face in an office setting.
I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards. Please take note of my 48-hour cancellation policy.
Please note I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. However, I can provide you with a medical receipt for reimbursement purposes.
Not all PPO insurances offer out-of-network benefits. If you want to take this route, please call your insurance company to ask about these benefits before scheduling an appointment.

Online counseling is for individuals who would like to connect with a therapist from the comfort of their home on a secure online platform.
I offer confidential and secure HIPAA compliant Telehealth video and phone sessions to provide psychotherapy.
Therapy services are available to California residents only.
