Who is Luna Counseling?

I'm Lupe! I'm a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the owner of Luna Counseling here in Sacramento, California. My intention is to create a welcoming space where clients can explore their unique paths to healing and self-discovery. A therapist by trade and a certified chillona by nature, I bring an understanding shaped by my own neurodivergent experiences to my work. When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me crafting, bookstagramming, snuggling with my fur babies, and diving into all my passions, one tear at a time. Let’s navigate this journey together!
